Two of the three people arrested after the Finger Lakes Drug Task Force executed search warrants at a number of locations in Cayuga County earlier this month have been indicted by a grand jury.
38-year-old Daniell Ray, of Auburn, and 33-year-old Rashaan Ingram, of Poughkeepsie, are accused of knowingly possessing more than 800 grams of cocaine with the intent to sell. The search warrants also turned up 71.1 grams of crack cocaine, 27 grams of the drug “molly” and more than $2,000 in cash. Ray and Ingram were indicted on four felony charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
If found guilty, Ingram faces up to 40 years in prison and Ray could get approximately 30 years. Both are currently being held at the Cayuga County Jail without bail as they await arraignment in county court.
The third person arrested, 34-year-old Alicia Warner, was arrested on a misdemeanor possession charge and was released on an appearance ticket.
