A Martville man is facing several charges after allegedly threatening a female victim with a Sawzall blade while subjecting her to unwanted sexual contact in the Town of Sterling.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, Charles Marble-McCloe was arrested on Monday and charged with Sex Abuse, Menacing, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon. The 29-year-old was arraigned and taken to the Cayuga County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
