The Cayuga County Soil and Water Conservation District’s Trade-A-Tree-Program returns for 2023.
Residents can bring their Christmas trees to the Cayuga County Nature Center at 7413 County House Road to be recycled. Those who recycle a tree will receive a coupon for a conifer seedling, redeemable at the district’s May 12 Spring Annual Tree and Shrub Sale pick up.
Trees can be dropped of between 8:00a-3:30p from the 9th-13th and 17th-20th.
