Video Shows Auburn Prison Official’s Road Rage

A video on social media shows the alleged road rage incident last week in Horseheads that led to the arrest of an Auburn Prison official.

40-year old Gregory Stachowski of Big Flats was arrested Friday on charges of grand larceny and official misconduct after he allegedly stole the cell phone of the other driver involved in the incident.

In a news release, State Police said Stachowski is employed by the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision as deputy superintendent of the Auburn prison.

As of this writing, the video on TikTok has been viewed almost 17,000 times.
