The Finger Lakes LGBTQIA+ Action Network, the We Exist Coalition of the Finger Lakes, and the Geneva Women’s Assembly will hold a protest and rally, from noon to 1 p.m. at Declaration Park in Seneca Falls.
The “We Won’t Be Erased!,” rally is in response to President Donald Trump’s executive actions and intent to reverse the legal recognition of transgender, intersex, and nonbinary people.
The event will feature speeches by Shauna Marie O’Toole (We Exist Coalition of the Finger Lakes), Penny Hankins (Geneva Women’s Assembly), Diana Martens (Finger Lakes Justice Partnership), H. May (Finger Lakes LGBTQIA+ Action Network), and Alla Ivanchikova (Finger Lakes LGBTQIA+ Action Network).
