Rochester Man Accused of Following Women in Seneca Falls, Waterloo

A Rochester man faces harassment charges following reports that he followed several women in Seneca Falls and Waterloo.

Seneca Falls Police arrested 28-year-old Divine Bliss at approximately 2:30 p.m. Thursday. Investigators determined Bliss allegedly followed the women without a legitimate purpose, causing them alarm.

Bliss was charged with first-degree harassment, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation.

Following processing, Bliss was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment. Police also requested an order of protection.

The charges are allegations, and Bliss is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
