Friends of a Wayne County woman killed in a car accident on State Route 414 on Tuesday have started a GoFundMe page to help pay for her funeral expenses.
According to police, 34-year-old Kayla Finch was traveling south when her car crossed over into the oncoming lane and struck a tractor-trailer head-on. The Wolcott resident was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have yet to release an official cause of the accident.
Organizers say any money that is left over from funeral expenses will be used to support Finch’s 12-year-old daughter.
