The investigation into an alleged sexual abuse incident in Wayne County has resulted in the arrest of a 22-year-old Williamson man.
It is alleged that two summers ago, Richard O’Neil, Junior, had sexual contact with two different minor family members on multiple occasions. He was charged with criminal sexual act and forcible touching along with five counts of sexual misconduct.
As deputies attempted to place O’Neil into custody he resisted, which resulted in him being charged with obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest
O’Neil was released on an appearance ticket for Williamson Town Court.
