Waterloo residents will vote Tuesday on a revised school budget for next year. Superintendent Terri Bavis told Finger Lakes Daily News they’ve made a few changes from the original budget, which failed by eight votes, 304-296 last month.
“We reduced the budget by around 171-THOUSAND dollars with the tax levy decreasing from 1.75 to 1.5 percent,” said Bavis. “The overall budget is about $49.992,000 down from $50.1 million.”
Voting will take place Tuesday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the district’s Washington Street office.
