A Waterloo man is facing multiple felonies after an investigation found he had allegedly been sexually abusing an underage member of his family.
The Geneva Police Department reports the Saturday arrest of Isaiah Cottman on an indictment warrant. The arrest is the result of an investigation begun in January that found he had been sexually abusing a female family member who was under 14 years old. The abuse is alleged to have been ongoing for several years.
The 22-year-old has been charged with Rape, Incest, and Sexual Abuse, all felonies. He was taken to Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
