A Seneca Falls man is facing new charges after allegedly urinating multiple times in a police cruiser following his arrest during a domestic disturbance.
Police responded to a report of a domestic incident on Shamrock Avenue involving 35-year-old Willie Williams, who is known to law enforcement for prior combative behavior. During the investigation, officers discovered that Williams had an active felony warrant from New York State Police for criminal possession of stolen property.
After being taken into custody, police say Williams became disruptive—kicking the interior of the cruiser, threatening officers, and urinating multiple times in the back seat. He was subsequently charged with tampering and transferred to State Police custody for the outstanding warrant.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
