A Wayne County man has been arrested again after allegedly making threats toward state officials.
According to the Time of Wayne County, 42-year-old David Tulley, of Lyons, was arrested on Saturday by State Police following alleged threats made towards the New York State Cannabis Management Director. Police say the arrest came after a phone call in which he reportedly threatened to cause physical harm to the official.
Tulley was arrested last month after state officials raided his business in the town of Ontario, and two Cayuga County marijuana consulting shops. Police said Tulley allegedly drove through a police-sealed area, entered a building under investigation, and locked himself inside, hindering the ongoing operation.
After Saturday’s arrest Tulley was released on an appearance ticket.
