A Lyons man was arrested on a felony robbery charge Friday after he allegedly stole a pizza from a delivery driver.
According to State Police, after Emmanuel Montanez’s credit card for the order was declined, the 25-year-old allegedly displayed a knife and took the pizza by force from the driver who refused to give it to him.
Montanez was taken into custody a short time later and was released from police custody from his arraignment at the Wayne County Jail.
