Palmyra PD Sees Uptick in Vehicle Thefts

Police in Palmyra are investigating two recent vehicle thefts that took place within the village over two days this week.

Authorities are urging residents and visitors to take extra precautions to help prevent further incidents. The department is asking everyone to lock their vehicles at all times, avoid leaving valuables in plain sight, and never leave keys or key fobs inside their vehicles. Parking in well-lit areas is also strongly recommended.

Police are also encouraging residents to stay vigilant and to report any suspicious activity immediately.
