Seneca Falls Police arrested a Pennsylvania man under Leandra’s Law following a traffic stop on Ovid Street Tuesday night.
Jonathan Frederick was initially stopped for speeding. However, during the stop, officers say they determined the York, Pennsylvania man was allegedly driving while intoxicated.
Frederick had three kids in the car at the time of the stop, leading to additional charges. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or more, three counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle under Leandra’s Law, three counts of endangering the welfare a child and speeding.
Frederick was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
