Police have arrested an Ontario County woman for allegedly forcing another person out of a moving car.
The alleged incident happened on State Route 96 in Manchester on March 15th. The victim was hospitalized for two days at Strong Memorial Hospital due to their injuries. 31-year-old Heather Valder of Shortsville was arrested this week on charges of reckless endangerment and assault and was sent back to the Ontario County Jail where she is being held on unrelated charges.
Valder will answer the charges related to this incident in Manchester Town Court at a later date.
