The Ontario County District Attorney’s Office tells 13 WHAM Shawn Jordan has been released from jail without bail while his case is pending. Jordan was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly raping the teenager in South Bristol sometime between April and June of last year. Jordan is awaiting trail for the alleged March incident.
