A suspended Rochester Police Officer is facing serious charges in Ontario County.
State Police arrested 39-year-old Shawn Jordan Tuesday for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl in South Bristol sometime between April and June of last year. Jordan, who lives in South Bristol, was arrested in March after he allegedly exposed himself to a minor and acted in a lewd manner in a video chat. For that incident he was charged with disseminating indecent material and endangering the welfare of a child.
Following his arrest on Tuesday, Jordan was brought to Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
