Police say an employee of an Ontario County McDonald’s displayed what was believed to be a semi-automatic pistol at customers after he allegedly got into an argument in the restaurant’s parking lot.
An investigation determined that during the course of the argument, Tyree Littlejohn went to his car at the Victor McDonald’s, retrieved the gun, and brandished it in an attempt to intimidate people to leave. Police recovered the handgun, which turned out to be a BB gun that had many of the characteristics of a real handgun.
The 21-year-old Shortsville man was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing and was ordered to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
