One man was taken to the hospital following a Friday night vehicle collision in Ontario County.
According to the sheriff’s office, 28-year-old Sean Biery of Cohocton was allegedly travelling north on Petit Rd when he failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Boyce and Taylor Rds, striking a vehicle being driven by 38-year-old Nathan Garrett of Shortsville.
Biery then fled the scene on foot with law enforcement attempting to locate him.
Garrett was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital for evaluation of his injuries.
