A Farmington man is facing charges after he allegedly showed a sexually explicit image to two women walking along the Auburn Trail on Saturday afternoon, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred near 160 School Street in Victor. Authorities say 23-year-old Peyton Tirabassi approached the women and displayed a sexually graphic photo on his phone. The women contacted police immediately, and Tirabassi was arrested without incident.
He was charged with the misdemeanor offense of public display of offensive sexual material and released on an appearance ticket.
Tirabassi is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
