An investigation that started back in April into sexual abuse allegations in Wayne County has resulted in the arrest of a Cattaraugus County man.
It is alleged that while Dustin Dalke was living in the town of Marion engaged in multiple sexual acts over a number of years with a child who was under the age of 13. Dalke was indicted on charges of predatory sexual assault and course of sexual conduct against a child.
The 35-year-old Franklinville man was sent to Wayne County Jail following his arraignment.
