A Lyons man will spend 15 years behind bars after being convicted of possessing child porn.
According to the US Attorney’s Office, state police received a report back in July 2023 that Randall Seeley Jr was having sexually explicit online communications with a 13-14-year-old minor. The 46-year-old admitted to this and a review of the minor’s social media accounts found the communications went as far back as July 2022.
A search of Seeley’s electronics turned up over 100 images and videos of child porn depicting the teen and other unknown minors.
