A car crash has led to the arrest of a Lyons man.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, at around 2:10 on Friday, Rex Payne took a vehicle without the victim’s knowledge, knowing he was not allowed to use it. The 33-year-old then crashed the vehicle on Minsteed Road in Williamson.
Payne was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and issued an appearance ticket for Williamson Town Court.
