An incident at Clifton Springs Hospital over the weekend resulted in the arrest of a 20-year-old Canandaigua man.
Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the hospital shortly before six Saturday morning for an “assist the citizen” complaint. Jacob Bartosh spoke with deputies and subsequently re-entered the hospital and allegedly broke a television. Bartosh was then charged with criminal mischief.
Following arraignment at the Ontario County Jail, Bartosh was released on an appearance ticket for Manchester Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
