A Geneva man is facing charges following a rollover crash on State Route 245 in the Town of Gorham on Saturday.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, just after 2:00a, Seth Labombard veered while driving and left the right-hand lane. He then struck a Frontier telephone pole before rolling his car onto the driver’s side.
He was then taken to Thompson Hospital for minor injuries. Route 245 was closed for approximately five hours due to damage caused by the crash.
Lamombard was charged with DWI, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Uninspected Motor Vehicle, Failure to Keep Right, and Moving from Lane Unsafely. He is expected in Gorham Town Court at a later date to answer the charges against him.
