Fourth Person Arrested in Connection With Geneva Shooting

SHARE NOW

A fourth person has been arrested in connection to the shooting incident that happened on Castle Street in the city of Geneva last month.

24-year-old Emily Kerr was arrested Friday on a felony charge of criminal possession of a weapon.

Police say five shots were fired toward the Geneva Library during the early morning hours of December 21st. No injuries were reported.

Prior to Kerr’s arrest, 31-year-old Joequell Solomon, 32-year-old Erica White, and 28-year-old Tyler Liberatore, all of Geneva, had all been arrested on the same charge.

Police believe the four arrested are all the suspects in this incident. Additional charges are pending.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
