Former Clifton Springs Man Gets 16 Years in Prison for Dealing Drugs

SHARE NOW

A former Clifton Springs man who already has two prior felony and 12 misdemeanor convictions, is set to spend even more time behind bars after being found guilty in Ontario County Court on multiple drug charges.

David Fallon, Junior, was found guilty of possessing and selling more than a half-ounce of cocaine back in October of 2023. Authorities say Fallon attempted to hide the package of cocaine, which was nearly the size of a lacrosse ball, inside his rectum.

The 42-year-old, who now resides in Rochester, was sentenced to 16 years in state prison and three years post-release supervision.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
