After placing County Manager Kyle Lovell on paid, administrative leave this week, Seneca County Board of Supervisors Chairman Mike Enslow has taken over the position’s responsibilities. So far, the only explanation for the move following a special board meeting last Sunday is “unforeseen circumstances.”
At Tuesday’s Supervisors meeting, Enslow assured residents that “the county will continue to move forward.”
Lovell, a Liverpool native, was hired as deputy county manager in June 2023 and succeeded Mitch Rowe upon his retirement.
