A Canandaigua man was arrested twice on Saturday.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 31-year-old Tyrone Brooks was arrested for Forcible Touching and an order of protection was issued on the victim’s behalf.
Brooks posted bail and proceeded to go to the victim’s residence in violation of the order. He was arrested again around 10:54p after law enforcement received a 911 call saying Brooks was outside the victim’s house.
He faces an additional charge of Criminal Contempt, a misdemeanor. Brooks was taken to jail to await arraignment.
