Ontario County could soon have a new District Attorney.
Jason MacBride won yesterday’s Republican primary by 115 votes defeating current DA Jim Ritts 2,179 to 2,064. No Democrats are running for the District Attorney position. Ritts says they are waiting for a review by the Board of Elections and absentee ballots to be counted.
In Seneca Falls, Wendy Crane and Ken Hilkert were the winners in the Republican primary for seats on the town board.
