Concertgoers heading to the sold-out Jack Johnson show at Constellation Brands–Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center (CMAC) are being urged to plan ahead as large crowds are expected.
Venue officials are encouraging fans to allow extra travel time and arrive early to avoid traffic delays before tonight’s performance.
General parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for $10, with accessible parking also available. Officials noted that premium parking has sold out. Drivers without a pre-purchased premium parking pass should proceed directly to the general parking lot on Route 364 (East Lake Road).
Free shuttle service will operate every 15 to 20 minutes from 5:30 to 11:30 p.m. from Parkway Plaza, located at 39 Eastern Boulevard in Canandaigua.
Guests are reminded to follow CMAC’s bag policy by bringing either a clear bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches or a small clutch or wallet measuring no more than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches.
Lawn ticket holders may bring lawn chairs or blankets. Fans may also bring one empty plastic water bottle to refill at water stations inside the venue. Organizers said additional water stations provided by Jack Johnson’s All At Once initiative will also be available.
Hand-held personal fans and wearable neck fans will be permitted for the concert.
Officials also recommend downloading tickets to a mobile wallet before arriving. Screenshots will not be accepted for entry, and tickets must be transferred through the Ticketmaster app if needed.
For concessions, some vendors will accept cash while others will only accept debit or credit cards. Guests are encouraged to check vendor signage before making purchases.
The CMAC box office will not have tickets available for purchase on the day of the show, as the concert is completely sold out.
