Country music newcomer Cooper Alan is headed to the Great New York State Fair this summer.

Fair officials announced that Alan will make his State Fair debut on Thursday, Aug. 27, with a 6 p.m. performance on the Chevy Court stage. The North Carolina native has built a large following through his music and social media presence, earning millions of fans with songs including “To the Bar,” “Can’t Dance,” and “First Rodeo.”

Known for his relatable lyrics and energetic live shows, Alan has emerged as one of country music’s fastest-rising artists.

“The energy and authenticity Cooper Alan brings to the stage make him a must-see artist for country fans,” Fair Director Julie LaFave said. “His performance at The Fair promises to deliver a memorable experience filled with great music and southern charm. We’re thrilled to welcome him to Chevy Court.”

The Great New York State Fair opens Wednesday, Aug. 26, and runs through Labor Day, Sept. 7.

All concerts are included with Fair admission. Tickets, which will go on sale later this summer, are $8 for adults. Admission is free for children under 12 and adults 65 and older.

Alan’s performance is part of the Fair’s 2026 Chevrolet Music Series, which will feature 41 national recording acts throughout the event. Concerts are scheduled daily at 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. at Chevy Court, while Suburban Park will host nightly 8 p.m. shows. Two additional special performances are planned for 9 p.m. on Aug. 28 and Sept. 4 at Chevy Court.

Additional concert announcements are expected in the coming weeks as the Fair continues to unveil its 2026 entertainment lineup.
