The repaving project on State Street in Auburn is almost complete. On Finger Lakes News Radio’s “FLX Morning” City Clerk Chuck Mason gave us an update on the work between the State Street bridge and Perrine Street.
“The final top coat of the asphalt went on this week,” said Mason. ” We will be back down there again next week to put the final touch on, which will be the striping. Please use some caution in the area now while there are no strips on the road.”
Funding for the $650,000 project came from the New York State Touring Route program.
