A former school resource officer for the City of Auburn is claiming his rights were violated.
William Morrissey was arrested for the alleged sexual abuse of a student at Auburn High School.
He claims an internal investigation by the police department improperly influenced the Sheriff’s Office’s investigation which led to his arrest.
The judge presiding over the case has requested memorandums on whether Morrissey’s rights were violated be presented from both the prosecution and defense by April 7th,
