The date is set for Auburn’s annual Halloween tradition at Falcon Park.
Back for its fifth year, Home Run Halloween will take place from 2:00-5:00p on Sunday, October 19.
The city said the free event will feature trick or treating, spooky phot ops, character meet and greets, and more. There will also be hot dogs and drinks available for sale at the ballpark’s concession stand.
New for this year, the city will award prizes to the businesses and organizations with the most festive table setup. Businesses, organizations, youth groups, and non-profits interested in participating in the event are asked to contact [email protected] or call 315-255-4737. Participants must register on or before October 16.
The city adds that, in the event of inclement weather, the event will take place on October 26 from 2:00-5:00p.
4,000 people attended last year’s event, according to the city.
