A common occurrence during the pandemic is coming to an end in Cayuga County.
The county health department has announced its final COVID-19 vaccination clinic will be held next week.
With public health emergency declarations set to expire in May, shots will no longer be free, therefore the department will cease free clinics.
The final clinic will be held at the Fingerlakes Mall on Friday, April 21st, from 4:30-6:30p.
Appointments are recommended and can be made on the health department’s website.
Vaccines being offered include:
• Bivalent booster dose of Moderna – approved for individuals 6 and older
• First dose of Novavax – approved for individuals 12 years and older
• Second dose of Novavax – approved for individuals 12 years and older
• Booster dose of Novavax – approved for individuals 18 years and older
