A Cayuga County man will spend the next five years behind bars for sexually abusing a victim last September.
Cayuga County District Attorney Brittany Grome Antonacci has announced that Marble-McCloe of Sterling has been sentenced to five years in state prison, followed by 10 years post-release supervision by Judge Thomas Leone. The maximum sentence allowable by law is a seven-year determinate sentence
After his release, the 30-year-old will also be required to register as a sex offender.
Marble-McCloe previously pled guilty in court to felony sexual abuse after forcing a victim into sexual contact.
In September 2024, Marble-McCloe was arrested for threatening a female victim with a Sawzall blade while subjecting her to unwanted sexual contact.
