The City of Auburn prides itself on being history’s hometown.
Later next month, the city will partner with the Auburn Beautification Commission to clean and repair historic markers throughout the city.
The event coincides with National Historical Marker Day, a day where the William G Pomeroy Foundation encourages communities to clean historical markers and show pride in their local history.
Auburn’s clean up day is scheduled for April 28th.
