Auburn School Budget Public Hearing Tuesday

You’ll be able to hear about Auburn Enlarged City School District’s proposed budget Tuesday.

The district will hold a public hearing on its proposed 2023-2024 budget.

If passed the budget will increase 10-million dollars compared to last year’s and come with a 1.99% tax levy increase.

Highlights of the budget include creating 17 new positions throughout the district and the return of instrument lessons for 4th graders.

The hearing will be at 7:00p in the High School library and voting will take place the 16th.
