School is out for summer, and this year that means Auburn High School will be closed for repair work.
District Superintendent Jeff Pirozzolo says the building work is needed. Speaking on FLX Morning with Ted Baker, he said “were switching out and putting brand new branch piping throughout that building. Over the course of the last 7-8 years, we would have parts of the branch piping that would break and flood classrooms. The piping was just at the end of its useful life.”
With the building being closed for repairs, summer school will take place at Cayuga Community College.
