Last month it was announced plans are underway to turn the former Key Bank in downtown Auburn into a multipurpose facility.
Now, you’ll be able to get a look at the project. Speaking on FLX Morning, Stephanie DeVito with the Downtown BID says they’re holding an open house at the newly christened “Atrium on Genesee.”
“It’s going to be an opportunity for people to see what this space looks like,” DeVito said. “We have some possible folks who are looking to maybe be tenants in the building, so we’re very excited about it, to showcase what the building can actually offer in the downtown BID.”
Muldrow Properties and Fred Straus Inc are looking to turn the 25,000 sq ft space into a downtown hub featuring a variety of shops.
The open house for the 115 Genesee Street space runs this Thursday from 11:00a-12:30p.
