Police say the woman, 66-year-old Cheryl Goodberlet of Williamson, was last seen alive in the late afternoon of Tuesday, Nov. 4, near her apartment complex on Arrowbend Drive. She did not drive and was not in a vehicle at the time.
Goodberlet had recently suffered a stroke and had limited mobility, allowing her to walk but not very well. She was last seen wearing overalls and a long-sleeve shirt.
Investigators are asking anyone who may have seen Goodberlet, noticed unusual activity in the area, or who has any information related to her death to contact the New York State Police at 585-398-4100 or email [email protected]. Tips may be kept confidential.
The investigation remains ongoing.
