SHARE NOW

As Cayuga County continues its work on developing a new Countywide Strategic Plan, the county is once again seeking community input.

The Cayuga County Department of Planning & Economic Development is leading the plan’s development and has announced that a second Community Assessment Survey has been released, calling it “a key step in the ongoing Countywide Strategic Planning process.”

The department added that this survey, which only takes a few minutes to complete, focuses on quality of life. Residents, business owners, and visitors are asked to evaluate conditions related to things such as housing, employment, education, and public health. The county will use the information gathered in the survey to guide long-term planning.

“The second survey provides a crucial opportunity for the public to help shape the future of Cayuga County by sharing their perspectives on quality of life in our communities.
