State Police have released the name of the motorcyclist who died in last Friday night’s accident in the town of Ontario.
19-year-old Jack Axx of Webster was operating a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle westbound on Lake Road when it struck the front passenger side of an eastbound 2018 Chevrolet Silverado turning left into a driveway. The truck’s driver, 62-year-old William Ritchie, and his passenger, 63-year-old Steven Crane, were not injured.
Axx was pronounced dead at the scene.
