The Cayuga County Health Department needs your help as it conducts a community health assessment.
The department has launched a survey to help with its assessment and identify priorities and interventions to address health-related challenges.
County residents 18 and over are asked to complete the survey, something anticipated to take only 15 minutes. Respondents will be able to anonymously share feedback and help shape future department initiatives to improve the quality of life for county residents.
The survey is available online here. The department will also be delivering hard copies to businesses and organizations throughout the county.
