The Cayuga Waterfront Festival returns this weekend.

The annual summer event returns Saturday to Harris Park in the Village of Cayuga. The event features live music, local food and craft vendors, softball, fishing, and a fireworks show.

The youth fishing derby is open to those 16 and younger. Pre-registration is required to compete in the tournament, and can be done at Bass Pro in Auburn, the Village of Cayuga Office, and JW Bait & Tackle in Union Springs.

Weigh-in will take place from 10:00-11:00a with an awards ceremony at noon. Trophies will be awarded to the first, second, and third place in each category – lunker, panfish, perch, and bass.

Bands start at 12:30p with Perform 4 Purpose followed by Jim VanArsdale and the Healers. The headliners will be Town Hall Heist.
