An Ontario County man has been found guilty in the April 2024 stabbing death of a Rochester man.
A Monroe County jury convicted Mark Burdick, of Clifton Springs, of second-degree murder in connection with the death of 53-year-old Myron Fair. Investigators said the two men got into an argument inside a vehicle before Burdick fatally stabbed Fair.
The 53-year-old is scheduled to be sentenced on August 26.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
