The annual “It’s a Wonderful Life Festival” is underway in Seneca Falls, the town many believe is the setting for Bedford Falls in the 1946 movie.
Friday morning actors from the film were in Seneca Falls to take questions from the media and the public. Jimmy Hawkins played the part of Tommy, the son of Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed.
