Back by popular demand, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Seneca County’s Farm to School Home Garden Kit program returns for its fifth year.
Ave Bauder, Executive Director of CCE Seneca County, said on FLX Morning that the goal is to have the kids receive their kits after Easter Break. He added that this year’s garden kit is designed to feature vegetables to provide healthy snacks for kids as well as the necessary ingredients to try making pickles.
More information on the program can be found on CCE’s website.
